Shannon joined the TelePass team in 2016 and has been an invaluable member ever since. With a keen focus on optimizing processes, she has collaborated with numerous clients to streamline their commissions process effectively. Shannon firmly believes in the power of processes and their systemization to achieve peak performance. In her current role, she plays a pivotal part in maximizing operational efficiencies and providing support to her TelePass team colleagues.

Beyond her professional commitments, Shannon cherishes her free time spent with her husband and three children. She particularly enjoys attending her kids’ soccer, basketball, and baseball games, demonstrating her dedication not only to her work but also to her family.

Jackie joined TelePass in early 2025, bringing over 10 years of expertise in telecom finance and commissions. Passionate about optimizing processes, she thrives on uncovering savings and adding value for clients.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys quality time with her family and dog, as well as traveling, cooking, reading, exploring new restaurants, and knitting.

Wendy joined the TelePass team in January 2021, initially contributing as a specialist tasked with loading statements. Since then, she has seamlessly transitioned into overseeing the entire commissions process, demonstrating her proficiency from statements to reporting and client management. Wendy is enthusiastic about her ongoing growth with Telepass, particularly in collaboration with our clients through the utilization of Reveer.

Prior to joining TelePass Wendy worked in advertising for 12 years and left to start a family in 2011. Proudly identifying as a self-proclaimed math nerd, Wendy finds joy in delving into numbers, formulas, and solving intricate puzzles.

Outside of the professional realm, Wendy is a dedicated mother to two children and a lively jack russell terrier. Her family-oriented lifestyle often revolves around the ice hockey rinks where they passionately support their son’s games or engrossed in cooking shows and engaging in baking adventures with their daughter. Wendy loves to read, bake and do word puzzles, and their family loves to travel and hang out with the dog.

Kelly joined TelePass in 2020, initially serving as a client specialist, and has since ascended to a managerial role. Before joining TelePass, she wielded her managerial skills in the restaurant industry for an impressive 17-year stint.

Fueled by a passion for solving puzzles, Kelly revels in the intricacies of auditing and unearthing financial opportunities for our clients. Her knack for financial acumen is an invaluable asset to the team.

Beyond the professional realm, Kelly finds joy in the company of her husband, son, and daughter. She is often seen cheering on her kids in football, wrestling, volleyball, dance, and band activities. When not immersed in the world of sports and arts, she loves traveling, camping adventures, and the exploration of diverse cuisines.

Kelly’s commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond her professional and family spheres. She generously dedicates her time to volunteering with her daughter at a local cat rescue, showcasing her compassionate and community-oriented spirit.

Jeanine started with TelePass in July 2018., initially focusing on loading commission statements. Over time, her role has expanded to encompass statement loading, audits, and the training of others on TelePass processes. Known for her self-reliance, Jeanine loves to try and figure things out on her own, but has the wisdom to seek help when necessary. Prior to joining TelePass, Jeanine honed her skills in coding at an insurance company following her college graduation. Jeanine took a hiatus from her career to be a stay-at-home mom from October 2004 until July 2018.

In her personal life, Jeanine has been married to her high school sweetheart for almost 25 years. Together, they are proud parents of three children. While she may not have any pets, Jeanine finds joy in long walks outdoors. Whether cheering from the sidelines or being an engaged audience member, Jeanine actively supports her children’s sports and extracurricular activities.

Cristina joined TelePass in 2018 and has since been an invaluable member of our team. Her dedication extends beyond her role as she actively supports our clients, ensuring their tasks are completed efficiently and that revenues and commissions are received promptly.

Outside of work, she finds joy in bonding with her son over college basketball and Cubs baseball games, as well as lending her creative touch to her friend’s blossoming flower shop.

Riley has been a part of the TelePass team since 2018. Riley has a deep knowledge of TelePass processes and is responsible for many special projects for the team. During her downtime she enjoys time spent with family and friends, reading, and exploring new coffee shops. She also finds joy in staying active through running, playing soccer, or taking long walks.

In February 2024, Kathy joined TelePass, bringing with her a wealth of experience in Telecom/IT spanning back to 1979. Throughout her career, Kathy has held diverse roles, ranging from Customer Service Representative to Chief Operating Officer. Her most recent position involved overseeing Revenue Assurance at an IT consulting firm, where her meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in Excel were key assets.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kathy is deeply committed to her personal life. Celebrating nearly 54 years of marriage, she is a devoted mother to one son. Kathy’s interests extend far beyond the corporate realm; she finds joy in reading, gardening, and painting. Her passion for animals, particularly dogs, adds an extra layer of warmth and compassion to her character.

In 2022, Cathy embarked on her journey with Telepass, where she meticulously handles both daily commissions and intricate projects for two prominent clients.

Outside of her professional realm, she enjoys strolls with her cherished dog and beloved husband. Engaging conversations with her adult children over the phone brings her immense joy, as well as nurturing her passion for gardening.

Kristen embarked on her TelePass journey on March 1, 2020, just days before the shelter-in-place order came into effect – an impeccably timed initiation into the realm of remote work! While initially hired for her billing expertise, she expanded her skill set by delving into the intricacies of commissions. Kristen has taken on the responsibility of managing multiple new clients.

Prior to TelePass Kristen was a professional actress and director and even still today is a part-time theater professor and musical theater director with Chicago City Colleges. She also worked in the legal field for 15 years. Clearly, she thrives on keeping busy. Originally from the state of Maine, Kristen now lives in Chicago with her husband, their son, and two dogs.

Katie Quinn joined the TelePass Team as a Client Specialist in February 2026, bringing over 20 years experience in the travel industry, where she led customer experience teams, crisis management operations, and streamlined workflows. Known for her ability to translate messy, real world problems into clean, reliable processes, Katie thrives in environments where accountability, and client advocacy intersect.

Outside of work, Katie is a proud mom of three and her daughter’s Girl Scout leader, often found cheering her kids on at baseball games, swim meets, and dance recitals. She enjoys traveling with her husband and family, spending time with friends, getting lost in a good book, and crafting alongside her daughter.
