Shannon joined the TelePass team in 2016 and has been an invaluable member ever since. With a keen focus on optimizing processes, she has collaborated with numerous clients to streamline their commissions process effectively. Shannon firmly believes in the power of processes and their systemization to achieve peak performance. In her current role, she plays a pivotal part in maximizing operational efficiencies and providing support to her TelePass team colleagues.

Beyond her professional commitments, Shannon cherishes her free time spent with her husband and three children. She particularly enjoys attending her kids’ soccer, basketball, and baseball games, demonstrating her dedication not only to her work but also to her family.

Nicole joined Telepass in 2012 and was the second TelePass employee. She has seen the company grow over the last several years and has been an integral part of that growth. Initially hired to handle loading a few statements and manage special projects, she now fully manages one of the largest clients in the TelePass profile.

Nicole made a significant career shift from her previous role as a general manager in retail. The skills she learned in her previous career have helped her tremendously in her role of managing all the processes for the TelePass client with great efficiency.

Beyond her professional commitments, Nicole cherishes moments with her two daughters and husband. Their shared passion for travel often leads them to explore various destinations, with anything Disney-related ranking as their favorite.

Kelly joined TelePass in 2020, initially serving as a client specialist, and has since ascended to a managerial role. Before joining TelePass, she wielded her managerial skills in the restaurant industry for an impressive 17-year stint.

Fueled by a passion for solving puzzles, Kelly revels in the intricacies of auditing and unearthing financial opportunities for our clients. Her knack for financial acumen is an invaluable asset to the team.

Beyond the professional realm, Kelly finds joy in the company of her husband, son, and daughter. She is often seen cheering on her kids in football, wrestling, volleyball, dance, and band activities. When not immersed in the world of sports and arts, she loves traveling, camping adventures, and the exploration of diverse cuisines.

Kelly’s commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond her professional and family spheres. She generously dedicates her time to volunteering with her daughter at a local cat rescue, showcasing her compassionate and community-oriented spirit.

Colleen, a valuable member of the TelePass team since 2020, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role. Prior to joining TelePass, she spent nearly 9 years at home with her children. Before her children came along, Colleen spent 8 years immersed in the legal field, where she skillfully managed hard copy files, electronic databases, and led a team as a litigation paralegal, adeptly preparing for trials.

Currently spearheading project management for one of TelePass’ key clients, Colleen actively participates in implementation calls, ensuring the seamless progression of substantial projects. Her meticulous oversight extends from project initiation through installation, enabling precise determination of commission timelines. In auditing orders for all clients, Colleen is vigilant in tracking full Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and gross commissions.

Beyond her primary responsibilities, Colleen collaborates with internal client teams, contributing to ongoing process improvements. Additionally, she engages with supplier contacts to streamline the resolution of commission disputes and inquiries, emphasizing efficiency.

Outside the professional realm, Colleen finds joy in supporting her children’s activities, whether it be tennis, soccer, or karate. She also indulges in her passion for sports by following college basketball and football, all while maintaining an enthusiasm for tennis and travel during her leisure time.

Jeanine started with TelePass in July 2018., initially focusing on loading commission statements. Over time, her role has expanded to encompass statement loading, audits, and the training of others on TelePass processes. Known for her self-reliance, Jeanine loves to try and figure things out on her own, but has the wisdom to seek help when necessary. Prior to joining TelePass, Jeanine honed her skills in coding at an insurance company following her college graduation. Jeanine took a hiatus from her career to be a stay-at-home mom from October 2004 until July 2018.

In her personal life, Jeanine has been married to her high school sweetheart for almost 25 years. Together, they are proud parents of three children. While she may not have any pets, Jeanine finds joy in long walks outdoors. Whether cheering from the sidelines or being an engaged audience member, Jeanine actively supports her children’s sports and extracurricular activities.

Sue joined TelePass in September 2023, bringing a unique background to the team. Before joining us, she dedicated her time as a stay-at-home mom to her two kids. Prior to her family life, Sue excelled in supply chain operations.

Known for her proficiency in Excel, Sue has a passion for creating and navigating through intricate spreadsheets. Beyond her professional skills, she has a zest for life, enjoying travel adventures, exploring new culinary experiences at different restaurants and spending time with her husband and two kids. Sue’s diverse experiences make her a valuable addition to our team.

In February 2024, Kathy joined TelePass, bringing with her a wealth of experience in Telecom/IT spanning back to 1979. Throughout her career, Kathy has held diverse roles, ranging from Customer Service Representative to Chief Operating Officer. Her most recent position involved overseeing Revenue Assurance at an IT consulting firm, where her meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in Excel were key assets.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kathy is deeply committed to her personal life. Celebrating nearly 54 years of marriage, she is a devoted mother to one son. Kathy’s interests extend far beyond the corporate realm; she finds joy in reading, gardening, and painting. Her passion for animals, particularly dogs, adds an extra layer of warmth and compassion to her character.

In 2023, Kayleigh became an integral part of the Telepass team, where she plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless receipt and recognition of client revenue. Before joining Telepass, she honed her skills for over seven years as the commissions manager at a prominent telecom consulting firm in the Pacific Northwest.

Outside the professional realm, Kayleigh finds joy in engaging with her passions, such as playing board games with friends, spending time with her two cats and two dogs, and embarking on adventures with her husband.

Cristina joined TelePass in 2018 and has since been an invaluable member of our team. Her dedication extends beyond her role as she actively supports our clients, ensuring their tasks are completed efficiently and that revenues and commissions are received promptly.

Outside of work, she finds joy in bonding with her son over college basketball and Cubs baseball games, as well as lending her creative touch to her friend’s blossoming flower shop.

In 2022, Cathy embarked on her journey with Telepass, where she meticulously handles both daily commissions and intricate projects for two prominent clients.

Outside of her professional realm, she enjoys strolls with her cherished dog and beloved husband. Engaging conversations with her adult children over the phone brings her immense joy, as well as nurturing her passion for gardening.

Colleen, affectionately known as “Sully” – joined TelePass in 2023 as an executive assistant. She manages some special projects, coordinates meetings and team events and provides support to Colleen Passolt and Shannon Perrino wherever their needs arise.

Prior to TelePass and motherhood she spent 7 years in the nonprofit world working in cultural exchange. She even had a stint coordinating events for a well-known gum company and spent a few months in her 20s backpacking around Australia. For the last 6 years she has been team captain for Chicago’s largest friends and family (team Eileen In) Polar Plunge team -successfully raising over $400,000 for the Special Olympics. These days Sully loves being with her husband and kids – either at home, their events or on a road trip – because half the fun is getting there.
