Colleen Passolt
Founder/CEO
Colleen started her career with AT&T learning about the telecom industry. After a few years she left and went to CDW where she created a sales commission process for their Voice and Data Team.
In 2012 she saw the need for commission management for other sales agents in the industry, therefore TelePass was founded. She is passionate about helping sales agents increase their revenue, by resolving commission related issues.
In her spare time, she likes to spend time watching her two children play sports. They are very active in baseball, basketball, soccer and gymnastics. In the summertime she enjoys spending time with her family and friends at their pool.
Nicole Healy
Client Services Director
Nicole started a few months after TelePass was created. She has assisted with many commission processes with top clients. In her spare time, she loves to plan Disney trips for her family and friends.
Shannon Perrino
Client Services Director
Shannon started with TelePass in 2016. She got her start in the industry in 2001 but left soon after. Coming back to the industry in 2016 helped TelePass increase and maintain clients. In her free time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, especially attending all her kids’ soccer, basketball and baseball games. She also volunteers often at her children’s school and is the Vice President of the School Board.
Amy McMurray
Client Services Manager
Amy started with TelePass in 2015. Amy assists in many of the day to day commission tasks for our largest client. In addition, she helps audit and ensure all client revenue and commissions are received. In her free time, she likes to take long walks outside, read fiction and travel with her family and friends.
Colleen Fontaine
Client Services Manager
Colleen is the newest addition to the TelePass team in 2020. Colleen spent 8 years in the legal field managing hard copy files, electronic files and a team of people preparing for trial as a litigation paralegal. After nearly 9 years at home with children, she is excited to join this team. She enjoys watching college basketball and football, tennis and traveling.
Jeanine Weaver
Client Services Manager
Jeanine started with TelePass in 2018. She assists with many of the day to day tasks with many of our clients. She helps ensure our clients tasks are completed and revenues and commissions are received. In her free time, she enjoys scrapbooking and introducing shows from her childhood to her children.
Cristina Riggio
Client Services Manager
Cristina started with TelePass in 2018. Likewise, She assists with many of the day to day tasks with many of our clients. She helps ensure our clients tasks are completed and revenues and commissions are received. In her spare time, she enjoys doing Pilates and watching college basketball & baseball with her son. “I have no green thumb, however arranging & having fresh cuts flowers year-round in my home is a must!”
